I have a 3 month old dashund and he will not come to his name being called! Very stubborn ! I know heโs still a puppy but what can I do to start changing this
Dealing with an overly excited dog was one of my biggest challenges when I first brought my pup home. Whether it was during playtime or when visitors came over, he would get so excited he couldnโt settle down. What really helped me was understanding the importance of setting boundaries and providing structured activities to tire him out, which I learned from Puppy Book by Luke Carter. The book taught me how to channel his energy in positive ways, and over time, heโs become much calmer and more focused. If youโre struggling with an overly excited dog, this book has simple and effective strategies to help calm them down!

Did you kick him as you like kicking dogs
Your the reason my dog has SO MUCH FRIENDLY in him he has only once snapped at a dog but that was my fault for being scared in the first place
Here's my biggest fear ๐
That tail. ๐
That dog is very calm compared to my sister's dog. ๐
