To be fair, Cesar isn't the owner and he gives off a different energy. My husband doesn't understand why my dogs don't give me guff. I make rules and I expect them to obey. And I follow up if they don't. I keep telling my husband, "They don't speak English. Actions, not words."
OWNERS, be in charge!! You are the leader, you aren’t their best friend, you are raising them, they just want to feel protected and led because they are pack dogs at heart. When they have a true leader who doesn’t baby them, they do as they are told, very simple. You only hurt them and make their lives so much more difficult when you baby them and don’t discipline them no different than a child.
So if he always changes people leashes and gets these results, why do people even use the harness leashes? It seems like they give dogs too much leverage to walk in front of you and lunge out
So the other collar is up behind the dogs ears and there is pressure on trachea..that interferes with the dog's breathing..so the dog complies…has nothing to do with respect…
He's not in a "follower state" – he's stressed and afraid of the painful pull collar just behind his ears that nearly strangle him. Poor dog😢. Please stop it, Cesar!
Ceasar changed leash to a ' noose ' type lead that is placed higher on the neck. It tightens on the dogs neck if the dog pulls. (Does not hurt the dog) The dogs behavior improves. Keeping the dog behind or at your side is an improvement. My dog has responded well. . . This worked for us.
