I did this and my dog had a tummy ache from all the treats I was giving her. What is your advice on that? I started decreasing the treats but then it was hard to train him.
I liked this, but I have a foster 5 month puppy who first starts with the jumping, then bites and if disciplined, barks. I don't know what to focus on.
My puppy is only 4 lbs and literally screams like I’m murdering her when I try to gently direct her with the leash our house line. Any ideas for that. I know her collar fits properly and I’m not actually hurting her.
I’m confused. This dog literally knows commands. How does this compare to someone wanting to calm a hyper puppy? Oh!! Teach them commands first . Guess that would’ve helped
I have the opposite problem. I have had my puppy for 48 hours and he is still hesitant to walk around. He plays but he is not very energetic. I know it takes time for a puppy to adjust but what can I do to get him to play more aggressively so I can sleep through the night?

Sorry but this is calm to me. My MinPin baby is like a tornado. Tiny but still a tornado. Nothing like this calm, well behaved puppy.
That's my puppy! Mine is 16 weeks

What if your dog is NOT food/treat motivated?

Thank you for this video! I have a pitbull, and he is a big puppy and too energetic so they really helps me with where to start
Love the videos but would really appreciate training videos for really small puppies. I have a 9 week old who is 2lbs and it seems a bit trickier!
I wish my dog responded to a house line like that. She just loses her mind lol
The worst thing about the way you ask these lovely dogs to lie down is that they are big. Doesn't work as well with my VERY tiny puppy.
Not me watching this twice without realizing it 😂
My dog won’t do it
i really really appreciate these videos a lot of people need to have a better understanding with dogs
Would you train a stray or rescued old dog the same way ?
1st time I see McCann Dog Training apply a leash correction.
If you have a hyper puppy you NEED to know THIS: https://youtu.be/5YtiSDDBQlE
