Me and my family has a cane corso pit bull and its… huge all family fears it but he is honestly fun to play with(I have fast reflexes and a strong body)
A few weeks ago I was walking down a downtown city street and on a narrow sidewalk stands a night black cane corso, just staring at me. I'm not scared of dogs in general and I usually manage to push myself to behave dominant, but that time after a few more steps I just stopped (and pulled out my phone so I don't look like a wuss, haha). After like 10 seconds two people came from the other direction and walked by the dog (a bit hesitantly as well), so I did the same. Apparently the owner was inside a shop right next to the dog, doing renovations or something. I thought it was a very bad idea to leave a dog like this on the street, without leash and barely even eyesight over him/her.
This insane to see as I’ve owned a few cane corsos over my dog training years and I love them and always raised them around my family.. they’re beautiful gentle giants for your family
Okay I have had two Great Danes in my life im still a minor. We didn’t crate with of them we taught them to settle and sleep. We lived in a small house with a small yard with my second one. He was a puppy and we had no problem with him. We didn’t have either of them trained and they both did fine.
My neighbore has a cane corse, I'm a 27 year old man, I could use a little more muscle but I'm healthy. The dog weighs more than I do. If the owner wasn't a 300 pound giant of a man i wouldn't feel safe
I've had an few Great Dane… They have my heart ❤. I don't find many problems with them except their life span. My vet told me to get a mix…he'll live a bit longer. I have done that and have been happy with it. Most have very sweet souls!
I dived head first into rescuing a Malinois. I didn't know what I was getting. Three years and one obedience school tuition, I'm still scratching my head. If I hadn't gotten her, someone with even less knowledge would have, and she would be dead. She would've been better off with the police department, but they overlooked her. She's mine now.
Our last dog was a Cane Corso. She was the runt of the litter. She was so small and had trouble nursing. Her brothers and sisters wouldn't let her. So the owner let us have her. The first week was sketchy, but she made it. She lived 11 years (just recently passed). Outlived all her siblings. One of the sweetest dogs we have ever owned. Sophie… or Sophia Michelle when she was in trouble. We had no problems with her at all with other people or pets. The fact that her breed is on this list makes me think we got lucky

I'm in ohio and it's like my whole neighborhood has the same type of dog (pit bulls) that's weird.
I seen big guys afraid of medium sized dogs, like border collies, it's funny
I want all three

Huskies and Chow chows
I don’t agree with that at all I know several people who have cane Corso’s and they are all big babies who wouldn’t hurt to fly
As someone who owns a mastiff I can confirm there stubborn as fuck it does not help that he’s insanely slimy and slightly special
Someone somewhere is considering cross breeding these three dogs and a Belgian malawah, just to see what happens.
😅 just so everybody knows that's reading the comments. This guy is a f**** idiot

My family has had either a Great Dane or a Saint Bernard or a mix for years. We’ve had 4 of all of them above.
