I donโt understand some of the comments about dogs eating toothpaste (dog toothpaste is designed to be edible.)
Just make sure you are using toothpaste made for dogs.
The methods of letting the dog get familiar with the taste and smell makes sense and is working for my Shiba Inu.
Itโs not like you can tell them to spit and rinse ๐

That's how far i got.. and then??? Mine is now that far that i can sometimes brush while he tries to bite but i dont want him to really bite into it anymore
